By accessing or using Campus Rent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all students, property owners, and agents using the service.

2. Description of Service

Campus Rent is a discovery platform designed to help students find off-campus housing listings near their universities. We provide tools to browse verified listings, view property media, and facilitate physical inspections.

Disclaimer: Campus Rent does not own, manage, or control the listed properties. We are not a party to any rental agreements between users and landlords.

3. Inspection Fees & WhatsApp Access

To ensure high-quality leads and service security, we implement an inspection fee model:

  • Payment of the specified inspection fee is required to schedule a physical viewing of a property.
  • Successful payment grants you access to contact the listing agent directly via WhatsApp with a pre-filled verified message.
  • Inspection fees are typically non-refundable once the connection to the agent has been established, unless otherwise stated by our support team.

4. Property Information

While we strive to verify all listings, property details (including price, amenities, and availability) are provided by third-party landlords and agents. Campus Rent does not guarantee the accuracy of such information or the ongoing availability of a listed room. Users are encouraged to verify all details during the physical inspection.

5. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information during the registration or payment process.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to harass landlords/agents.
  • Attempt to bypass our payment system to contact agents directly for listed properties.
  • Reproduce or scrape content from the site without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Campus Rent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes with landlords, property defects, or issues arising during physical inspections. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
